This restaurant lacks any vegan options, and it's not vegan-friendly at all. When I asked, the waitress seemed surprised to learn that vegan cheese has been available for many years. Her excuse was, “We open for summer.” I’m shocked that the largest restaurant before the ferry in Visby, Sweden—a first-world country—has over 40 dishes but none offer a vegan alternative. They invite them for pizza sauce (which they did not order) and also invite them for a glass water. when we asked, they said that everyone is sold in a room that is not the case. tables were also dirty. pizza was in order.
Good food. The beer is cheap, prices on food is ok and nice location. Service is quite slow though.
CERO VEGAN OPTIONS. No vegan friendly . When asking for it, the Waitress was surprise there is actually vegan cheese available many years ago. And her excuse was “we are only open the summer” I am surprise the biggest restaurant in front of the ferry in Visby in Sweden (first world country) has more than 40 dishes and none of them Offer a vegan alternative. Ordinary service, overpice. Owners should care for their clients and they should invest a little bit in the menu. No recommend
They charged us for pizza sauce we didn't order and also for a glass of water. When we inquired about it, they claimed that this is standard practice everywhere, which isn't true. The tables were also dirty. The pizza was just average.
I visited this restaurant during a typical dinner time with my wife. The service was quick and very friendly, with our drinks arriving promptly and our food coming out surprisingly fast. While the food itself was decent, the presentation left much to be desired—particularly the wilted greens that topped the dishes. This restaurant feels over-priced for its mediocre quality, even though it has a lovely location and is staffed mostly by part-timers for the summer season. The prices seem to reflect the location rather than the actual quality of the food, which is not up to par. I would recommend opting for the less expensive dishes and not expecting perfect service. Is it worth a stop? Perhaps. Is it worth a special trip? Not at all. And in terms of value for money, given the food quality, I would say no.
