Happy Kitchen is a fantastic choice for sushi when you're in Karlstad. There aren't many sushi places in the area, which makes the decision a bit easier, but Happy Kitchen truly maintains a high standard, especially considering its location in the deep forests of Sweden. I highly recommend trying their fish and seafood salad; it's a must when visiting Happy Kitchen. They also offer a selection of excellent Japanese b... Visa all feedback.

Very good food! Unfortunately you will have to wait on your food too long. Even when the staff have little to do. Don't be stressed if you plan to eat at HK.
Probably best place in Karlstad for good sushi, sashimi and dumplings. Nice, modern interior, good service.
Poor service, no soup included after 14.00 and staff is very picky on the time limit. We came 14.03... go for other places if you’re looking for sushi, sushi food was very “standard”, quality on the low side.
