Mile 1016 Pub is a must stop on the Alaska Highway route. Haines Junction is incredibly beautiful 1016 Pub is just a great fixture in that town. The selection of drinks is awesome. The food is great. The service is great friendly. The beer box cowboy hat collection is 2nd to none. Check it out! Mile 1016 Pub is definitely Where It's AT! Parking: Lots of room. Semi's can park here. Cool little place with typical pub feel. Unfortunately for us the service was less than expected on this day. We walked in to what looked like a full house and was told there was no tables. We decided we would wait and grab a drink at the bar until we can be seated at a proper table in the dining area. Right after telling us there’s no tables, a new group of 3 walk in and are seated right away I found that to be weird and had to ask again if we were in line for a table? After waiting and being seated we were not given menus or asked about food until I went up to the bar myself and told them I wanted to order. Fortunately, the food was ok and beer was cold. After it was said and done we had to get up to ask a server to give us take out containers and the bill. I feel like they could have done a better job but I get it, we all have bad days Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Large eating large portions, friendly staff, very busy when I visited at 730 in the evening. had only delivered 1 server orders lately.

Would have liked to try, but until we arrived from 9:30 a.m., they were only service alcohol. don't eat.
