Mile 1016 Pub - Haines Junction

Because there are no authentic poutine options in Hong Kong, this place met my craving for poutine. The salmon burger I ordered was too large for my liking.

The burgers and beers at this local pub are top-notch. It's a lovely stop to make when passing through Haines.

Good food and drink selection on the Alaskan highway, we had Burger and the Patties are homemade. Friendly service and we have the food super fast, although the place was packed.

We had a wonderful dinner at this pub while staying overnight in Haines Junction. The food was delicious, especially the Taco salad and the donairburger. The highlight of our visit was chatting with a local couple who were also traveling. The service was excellent as well.

I got the 1016 burger. Was a really good burger and fries. Quite a busy energy that night. Never seen a crowd like this in Haines Junction from when I was growing up. LoL Staff were friendly to us when ordering.
