Räven Och Rönnbären Åsundsholm

It was a great experience dining at Dalsjöfors. The atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, the service was affected by the end of the season. Next time, I hope it will be better when I come to eat in Dalsjöfors. The wine selection was not impressive.

The food was good and well-prepared, but there was one thing that prevented me from giving it a top rating: the portion size. The amount of turkey was fine, but the serving of mashed potatoes was too small. It was equivalent to just one medium potato, which is insufficient for an adult.

The location by the river at Cordna is enticing, and expectations are high. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The buffet featured a selection of Dakota dishes that felt like warmed-up leftovers from weekly lunches. The accompanying items, like the beet salad (which should have been made with mayonnaise), potato salad, and shrimp, did not impress either. Overall, it was a lackluster experience.

Tjänsten minskade betyget. Manormiljön förväntar sig lite mer, att den varma maträtten på tallriken (bevarad av gästen vid bordet. Den surrande "biten" påminner mig om någon vägkant, att du inte behöver vika också ökar upplevelsen. Vi åt semestermenyn, vilket gör att förväntningarna ökar. Vid en daglig lunch kan jag föreställa mig en enklare portion. Salladen och den varma lagen var välsmakande.

En mycket trevlig restaurang i härlig miljö. Serviceinriktad personal och en härlig kock. Maten var väldigt god! Återkommer gärna till denna vackra plats.
