Bidra med feedbackThe chef at this restaurant is the rudest person I have ever met at a restaurant. Cannot communicate in Swedish or English, but manages to show impoliteness anyways. When he doesn't want to cook something, he claims that the restaurant is out. When ordered online, however, somehow the dish he says is out arrives. I do not recommend this restaurant. Run by a man-child, over over salted my food, perhaps because it is a complicated dish that he prefers not to make again. If you want Chinese, I suggest the restaurant across the street.
Awful service and food wasn’t that great. The cucumbers, ginger and avocado were old and tasted weird. The rice I got with my bento was dry and the sushi we ordered must been old because it didn’t taste good. We did try to communicate with the staff but she could hardly understand us and when she did understand she was so loud and almost scream-talked which was not a great experience. The environment is nice and I like how it feels but it wasn’t great when the staff talked LOUDLY near us and even sat near us speaking and scrolling on their phones and then went straight away to make our food so I’m not sure they even washed their hands? The waiter who took our order seemed annoyed and was so rude towards us. She didn’t keep a professional attitude or was listening, she cut us off when we tried to make our order. I do not recommend this place. Like it was so bad that we never want to go back here. I literally started giving a bad review inside the restaurant and before we got our food but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was proven right. This is an awful restaurant.
My husband and I along with our baby went to have lunch. We went inside and the staffs looked very irritated. We were confused and asked if there is any lunch available (in English) they didn 't understand. When we asked in Swedish, the reply that we got was very rude. Ingen lunch! . We were surprised as the kitchen was up and running and also there was available menu on the screen. We will never come back and neither recommend this place to anyone.
We shared the Supersushi 36 item menu on three persons and there were both high and low lights on our plate. The miso soup that was included was lukewarm but tasty. I guess you get what you pay for... The place itself was quite cosy and well organized according to the restrictions for the ongoing and unfortunate Corona pandemic.
This place is terrible and not like any other Jappi’s you can find around Sweden. The pictures look way nicer than what you actually get. Probably can get away with the Chinese menu items but the standard menu of sushi, bibibamp, etc. are cooked terribly. I ordered bibimbap and look how it looked. I couldn’t bother to keep eating, was nothing like a bibimbap. Don’t bother, don’t buy, don’t support.
