Napoli - Uddevalla

Was totally nonchalerad, väntade länge först on butyn, the Pizza came fort, but was inte 100% färdigbakad. Villae sedan gärna had a coffee on the mat, but gave up for 20 minutes väntan.

Jag och my Mrs was newfikna on denna pizzeria which has been so mycket beröm but we became mycket besvikna. The staff were threesome, the service was snabb och the local was mysig och we beställde a ersin Caruso with tomato, cheese, skinka, champinjoner och räkor. Boatas pizzadeg was bränd, seg och hard. Late the hated pizza bagaren strött champinjon"flis" (istället för skivor or bitar) över hela pizza so that it lid as an answer, osmaklig matta över hela pizzan och took över all mackerb. You could be inte känna smaken of being skinka or räkor bara denna responseta matta of bränd champinjon"flis.Hur you can lämna ut so illa bakta pizzor if you like pizzabakare are proud in hert yrke?

I was craving some pasta and thought this restaurant would be a good choice. However, I was disappointed when my pasta arrived cold and old. The chef admitted it was made the day before and if I wanted fresh, I would have to wait 30 minutes. This was extremely unprofessional and the chef seemed angry and unable to cook. The only redeeming qualities were the pizza crust and the salad. The toppings on the pizza were far from authentic Italian and very greasy. I would not recommend eating here as it could ruin your day and your appetite.

We recently enjoyed the best pizza we've had in a long time at this cozy restaurant. It's a great spot for a family or friends' dinner with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We will definitely be returning.

I don't expect too much from an Italian restaurant outside of Italy but expect to be served edible if predictable food. Tonight's was different. My partner's pizza was okay although the extra anchovies were a bit thin on the ground. My saltinbocca was drenched in oil, with a basic salad of iceberg in cherry tomatoes. The ham on the pork was cheap, basic ham and the chips were cheap frozen. It was the oil that did it swimming in it! I complained and it was met with a shrug and nothing else. I ate half because I was hungry but that was hard. ......and on top of that, Swedish prices. Give it a miss.
