McDonald's - Truro

This is the slowest restaurant I have ever visited. I had to wait 20 minutes for fast food!

I met some family at McDonald's in Pictou. There was plenty of space for us to have our own area. The mini donuts are tasty, especially enjoyed by the kids. They offer vegetarian options such as veggie wraps, fries, and salads. There is ample parking available. The restaurant is kid-friendly with separate spaces for them to chat and play cards. It is also wheelchair accessible.

Long wait for food, barely warm when I did receive it.washroom needs attention.Dining area piled with garbage, lack of attention to cleanliness.

I was disgusted by the management at night! The girl with pink hair was screaming at her staff with customers in the restaurant. And they had an issue with their freezer so they had no more burgers left and was complaining that people were mad. And we had ordered a big mac but they had 2 drive offs so they'd combine the meat and build a bigmac but the cook got mad at an older lady and said she should've charged us the extra $1.50 or so to change the order. Not right at all!! And the BATHROOMS TABLES were disgusting..!!! I've never seen or heard such a lack of professionalism of their supervisor team, and lack of cleanliness of a restaurant as this. Truro McDonald's you are bringing the McDonald's name down- you should be ashamed!

It took about 8 to 10 minutes to receive my Frappe, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
