Mr Voon Asian Grill - Stockholm

Good and service is good. Menu is minimalistic and expensive for the level of the offer. Very limited wines selection.

Fish is perfect, bento starter is a good way to try the starter and raw menu. Desert is special.

The food at Mr Voon was decent. Many different styles combined into interesting dishes. Clear effort had been put in, the problem was that two dishes were oversalted. I had the tasting menu that had 6 dishes. Two starters, two main dishes and two desserts. Service felt really underwhelming. The kitchen could not coordinate orders, we asked to keep a menu on the table so we could see what we were eating but different waiters kept snatching it from us. My feeling is that the place was understaffed and the staff overworked. I really enjoyed that they served sake so that's a small plus! For a premium restaurant my expectations were let down. I can't give this place more than three stars. If money is not an issue I'm sure you'll enjoy it more than I did.

The vegan option was ok but the rice a bit over cooked/wet and the gray mayo not too appetizing.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. The setting was very Asian fusion like with low lights. They had nice live music. A bit loud if you are a big group but excellent for a 121 or a small intimate group. The food and drinks were great. We had 2 starters, truffle dumplings and roe tacos. The Moscow Mule was amazing. Recommend this place!
