Classic Chinese food and the best in Sparta. Food is always quick and hot. The best deals are their lunch specials from 11-3.

I saw this place for a while, decided to give it a try. I had a great experience. I would prefer the general tsao chicken to have a little more meat and crunch to them but overall all the food was great, great balance of spice and sweet. The boneless ribs were good. All the food... It wasn't salty, it wasn't oily and i didn't feel bloated. I will definitely be going here again in the future! For anyone knew, i would recommend this place very much!

Now, about the dinner: I’ll share pictures to prove I'm not exaggerating. They devein the shrimp, which means they remove the black line on the back—their digestive tract. It's not mandatory to eat that part, but they take the extra step to ensure it's removed. The food had a perfect balance of meat to vegetables. My only critique would be that the fried rice was a bit hard; I'm not sure if it was overcooked or undercooked, but it was still delicious!
