Believe the reviews. This is possibly the best restaurant I've ever been to, full stop. I had the best tomato I've ever had in my entire life. The best oyster. The best pesto. The best piece of salmon. All in one meal. This is an absolutely phenomenal experience, I could write entire chapters about how excellent it was. Don't even get me started on the service, which was flawless. Every dish perfectly timed. Wait staff seems to appear precisely when you need them, and never when you don't. I need to cut this review off or I will write a book-length manuscript on the excellence of this restaurant.

I loved this place from beginning to end. It is BYOB so we enjoyed their very tasty food with some of our wine The duck fat fries were absolutely delicious the main dishes were just as amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, we had a great time at The Circle. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was quiet and charming. Service was good but a bit slow as the restaurant was quite busy on that Saturday evening. In our opinion, it's the best restaurant in Sussex county if you like fine dining.
