Restaurang Salt - Soedertaelje

You will certainly get a decent meal at this restaurant even if you shouldn't expect any tasty highs. I had a tuna tartare and a pasta with beef that fully met my expectations.

We were looking for authentic Swedish food for a friend who was visiting. We chose this restaurant because it was classed as Swedish. The decoration is nice and the staff is friendly, but there is nothing Swedish about it. The menu is disappointingly small and overpriced. They have no vegetarian options, although they offered to make a vegetarian mushroom pasta which was tasty. Don't go expecting authentic Swedish food, but do go if you are looking for a quiet place with friendly service to have a nice conversation.

Six people for lunch . Uninterested staff questioning our wish for a beer each. Ordered Brooklyn Lager and was served (most likely) Czech Pilz . Everuy was was served a pint without asking what size of the beer. Food (budget lunch menu of Biff Rydberg consited of gray meat Dice and tasteless potato dice

We were looking for some good Swedish moose and reindeer and had read good reviews of this place so we gave it a try. Turned out to be the worst restaurant choice I have ever made. The two main dishes ordered were nicely presented but one was almost inedible and the other one just tasteless. The moose today is apparently not what it used to be (or maybe it was not moose? . I should have been smarter and been more alert when talking to the waiter who didn't gave the confidence that I've seen in all other Stockholm restaurants I've visited.

We came here because my boss was looking for reindeer meat. The decor doesn't really go with the tables, but the service was great and the food was absolutely outstanding. Prices are also not bad for Stockholm. Will come again!
