Very happy with main and dessert. We did not like the starter Char . Nice service and environment.

On our first night, we started with oysters, specifically the beautiful Fine de Claire variety, which were fresh and accompanied by a delightful sauce that had more than just the usual vinegar and shallots—it had an additional element that enhanced the aroma. I would give this dish five stars. For the main course, we had veal served with a selection of delicious accompaniments, including crispy carrot cubes. Unfortunately, the truffle flavor was subtle in both the sauce and the garnish, but the meat itself was incredibly tender and quite good. The addition of a crispy parmesan seemed a bit questionable, but the overall dining experience was excellent. I would recommend this dish and would rate it around 4 to 4.5 stars. On our second night, we shared the Côte de Boeuf, which was outstanding—definitely a five-star dish. The wine selection includes smaller options by the glass, but there is also a large list of exclusive and high-priced wines by the bottle. The serving staff were quite young, with some being more knowledgeable than others about the dishes and ingredients. On our first night, the main waiter, Alex, who had a Swedish-British vibe, was particularly impressive and well-versed in serving techniques and wine pairings. The other staff could benefit from a bit more training. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner and would certainly return. I'm giving a five-star review to help improve their overall Google rating, as this place truly deserves a 4-star rating or higher. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food is good; however, the wait time was excessive. It took 1.5 hours for our main course to arrive. I certainly didn't expect a wait like that, especially with a reserved table.

Based on the pricing and the hotel’s reputation, I can’t quite give it a full 5-star rating. The service was somewhat inconsistent and lacked a bit of presence. However, I must commend the food; it was excellent both days, with both the meat and vegetarian dishes being delicious and beautifully presented. This review was written during the COVID-19 pandemic, so under normal circumstances, it could easily warrant a 5-star rating. I would definitely dine here again.
