Solgårdskrogen - Raettvik

We had a fantastic experience! The cook and his wife gave us a very warm welcome. The cook passionately talked about the dishes, prepared with ingredients from its own garden. The aromas were perfectly balanced. The environment, a greenhouse in the garden, makes it even more perfect.

If you are in Dalarna you should not miss this fantastic place. The food is brilliant and fantastic ambiance. It can even be worth a trip. Simply the best!!!!

Amazing establishment for a restaurant (it is more like a destination with amazing dishes), where most of what you eat, either produced or grown on site or brought by other farmers in the neighborhood. I was here for lunch in the summer and they were upstairs. Today I and my wife were lucky to get a table in the special pizza night and what a great experience! Staff, food and location is just something you need to experience in the area.

The food is amazing: tasty, fresh, good quantity and quality. The staff is also friendly. Do not hesitate to leave the touristic sites to have a perfect meal in a nice landscape

The restaurant is really one of the best I have tried and experience the proximity where they grow the vegetables and the goat's milk really says something about what the restaurant wants to serve the guest and the ambience is amazing! Can't recommend this place enough!
