Bidra med feedbackThe seafood at this restaurant in Mount Vernon is expertly seasoned and tastes absolutely amazing. It is truly the best seafood in the area.
The food at this restaurant was surprisingly amazing. I will definitely be ordering again. The only downside was that the shrimp were unpeeled and had the whole head on, which upset my daughter. I didn't like that aspect either, as not everyone wants to eat food with eyes staring at them. However, the crab legs, the spice, the veggies, and the incredible sauce were honestly the best I've had in a long time. My daughter thought that the mango smoothie was the best, while my green juice was tasty but quite thick, more like a smoothie with lots of pulp. It probably would have been better strained. Despite these small issues, I am excited to order again and discover some new favorites on the menu. Overall, we loved our experience at this restaurant.
If you enjoy having a negative dining experience filled with food poisoning, bad attitudes, and low-quality food, then this is the perfect restaurant for you. My expectations were greatly disappointed at this establishment. The woman at the counter had incredibly poor customer service. She wore the same gloves while handling spinach and fruit to make juice, handling money, and opening doors. I had to request for her to change gloves due to the unsanitary conditions, which she took offense to. Not only was the food overpriced, but the juice was flavorless and one even resembled vomit. The food lacked any taste at all. Overall, we were all forced to throw away our meals as it was a complete waste of money and a disgust. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
I normally don't post review but these people are so bad that this was a must! The lady that answers the phone is a total b Ever order she orders and always seem to get it wrong or the food comes out cold af! And how do you give me French toast without any syrup. They said get charged me a good couple times! The lady that takes the orders I can't wait to see her face to face because she's always having and attitude over the phone like I won't come in person and see if she talks like that to me in person. HORRIBLEEEEE!!!
Super disappointed. I've been going to this place since they've opened. Literally eating here atleast once a week. Yesterday I placed a phone order and took my time getting there due to the fact the person taking the call said 20 minutes. I then arrive and as I am standing by the counter the blond hair woman behind who's the cashier and does the salads says to me yes? I tell her I'm there to pick up a phone order. She goes okay you need to wait. I was like okay.... she then continues with the customer preparing his salad and taking her time as I can physically see my prepared and packaged food behind the counter. Literally 10 minutes later she's done with prepping this salad and immediately begins to ring the customer up. As she's ringing him up for his food she begins to Place a bag with her right hand over the counter like dangling it. No eye contact just dangling the bag. I didn't know if it was the salad for the customer ahead of me or my food. So she then rudely goes to me, are you not going to take the bag? I said is this mine as I purchased several things. Again, she responds rudely stating yes and once you take this one I'll give you the other. I have no problem holding a bag but common sense would be finish with the gentlemen ahead of me before randomly passing me a bag which I still have to pay for. She completely lacked sense and was very rude. Dangling someone's food on to a small counter in the front like speak up and state this is my bag or leave it on the glass counter until You let me finish paying. I am very disappointed this has turned into a really great deli but she has completely ruined my experience. I don't think common sense is so common, nor is customer service.
