Superb service, superb food...pricey but well worth the

The truffle raviolis have to be the best raviolis i've ever had in my life. The flavor was amazing and they melted in your mouth. The food in general was great and everyone was super friendly and helpful! Would totally recommend to friends and family.

I was very disappointed that when we told them that we were celebrating a birthday, they brought out a chocolate cake that we didn't ask for, served three small slices of the cake (that we didn't like) and charged $33.00 for. When we were leaving we were told that we could have ordered our own desserts. However, we were not given dessert menus and the cake just arrived accompanied by the singing waiters.

Il Postino is a wonderful throwback in time to old world service and ambience with attentive waiters , dim lighting and white cloth tables. It's a great reprieve from loud trendy pretentious restaurants. The crowd is local and lovely. A true favorite
