Lyndhurst Diner

I love this diner! It’s the only genuine diner left in NJ! They have the most delicious meals, chicken sandwiches, burgers, salads and coffee ever! Low key, prices, staff is very accommodating and courteous! Can’t wait for them to reopen..I’ve passed by like 10xs already hoping to see them cooking again. Hopefully soon! Haven’t been here yet? Don’t let a great meal with new friends pass you by...

It is not the greatest Diner in the area, but it is quite tasty! The burgers are delicious. The rice pudding is also delicious. I personally am not a fan of thick-cut steak fries so the fries aren't my thing but everyone else seems to love them. I had several sandwiches and several breakfast items and everything was really good. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. I would recommend anyone/everyone to eat here. Staff is also friendly. Prices are decent.

The breakfast was DELISH! Eggs cooked to a perfect over easy, potatoes flavorful but not salty! The waitress Tara....A-MA-ZING! Irene is fabulous and knows her customers. Very refreshing to feel like you're family and just stopping by for chat and coffee. Its my going back to again.....and again!

I've been coming here since 1988, and there's truly something for everyone on the menu! Irene is fantastic, and the restaurant has never been better! The menu is extensive, and the food is always made fresh to order. I also love the desserts! Stopping by here is always a delightful experience!
