Hotel Le Sherpa - Les Belleville

On'y mange bien se metre aucoin du feu ons'icrorait comme dans chalets on n'mange trés bien est c'est le charme de la Savoye par parot au tre immeuble dans val thorens mais le charme de saint martin c'est les chatet et les on y mange bien.

Nous y sommes allés en soirée avec un menu unique : raclette et dessert chocolat pour 35€.C'est un peu cher pour la prestation, même en montagne.Certes la raclette fut bonne et copieuse, le dessert aussi mais il y a eu beaucoup de cafouillage dans le service et un délai d'attente long alors que la salle était à peine à la moitié de sa capacité...Dommage car on s'attendait à quelque chose de pro vu la bonne réputation de l'établissement.Ceci dit les serveurs étaient fort aimable.

The hotel stands towards the top of Val Thorens and has great views from the terrace down the valley and of the mountains around. The staff are extremely helpful and are always around to help. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is a...an extensive buffet and always a good start for your days skiing Evening meals were varied and plentiful with good choices. By the end of our week we were missing some courses due to volume! With a short walk up to the top of the road behind the hotel you can access the Val Thorens lifts directly and you can also then access all the lifts down the valley to Les Menuires. A great start to the day without walking! Just below the hotel are some very lively bars and restaurants for après ski or evening entertainment The main centre is about a min walk if you want more choice Will certainly go back

Have the course evening meals they are wonderful. The staff are so helpful and polite even with our appalling French.

Everything is old fashion but in a good way. Food is worth stars but sitting at the terrace in the sun is worth Stars. Friendly english spoken staff. Perfect for a drink when you come down after your skiing
