L'Erablo - Sollières-Sardières

We were on the way to Val d’isère. You only have a choice of pages that were a bit of all the secondary dishes, especially polnta, frits and grilled vegetables, all absolutely fabulous! Breathe the best Venison in a long time. Very recommended!

Visit L'Erablo every year for the last 4 years. It has a very nice atmosphere and great hospitality. This place will come back to anyone visiting the Maurienne Valley.

Visited this restaurant in the winter during a ski trip and was amazed by the high level of quality and service. Visited again in the summer and it was as good or better. Great food and good wines. Superb service and friendly atmosphere.

This place was recommended by our French ski instructor in Lanslebourg/Lansvillard (Val Cenis). We drove down for about fifteen minutes to this place and it was easy to find. The restaurant is in a refurbished cowshed so lots of character. Excellent food, service, wines and...atmosphere. Highly recommended!
