Juniper Ridge And Saloon - KANAB

What a great sound. we came in a strange night (on Sunday, near the closing time) so that the place was mostly empty, but still had about 6 tables hungry customers who could not find anything in the canab as we were. Surprisingly, our waitress sasha was very attentive and nice, while she walks around like a headless bun to serve all the tables of herself. we ordered pork chops, stir fry and Mexican brotpudding for dessert. the chiffren were sooo delicate, juicy and seasoned exactly right. and they came with an amazing side of sweet and loads of speck, plus a very interesting (read, pleasant) spicy apple chutney. Oh, and the part was humble. the stirring frit, while a more frequent and less interesting meal, was very tasty and also plentiful. the Mexican brotpudding was not excessively sweet, which was very welcome to our amazing experience tonight. Thank you!

This place has either a restaurant downstairs or a sports bar upstairs. The sports bar has a selection of pub food, the restaurant is a bit more inventive with ingredients and meals in general. We stayed downstairs and had an amazing Buffalo Burger. A great, juicy patty cooked just right. The fries were not ideal but that got solved by the amazing service. Very good craft beer as well (we had Sculpin).

Very nice restaurant. It appears relatively new. They have a free shuttle to take you back and forth. Shuttle driver recommended the ribeye. Ribeye was pretty good, but not the best I ever had. The high price warrants something better. Flavor was good, but steak was not real tender. Prices are on the high side, so be prepared. Drinks were good, but they were small and pricey.

Nice high end, yet relaxed restaurant you wouldn't expect about 2 miles outside of Kanab. Nice outdoor patio with scenic background of cliffs and meadow. There are daisy's throughout the seating area. Started out with a spicy **** Mary and Calamari. Both were perfect. I ordered the Oven Roasted Chicken with a demi'glace that had excellent flavor and well presented. I don't usually get excited over vegetables but these get two thumbs up. My bf ordered the Buffalo Burger. It was huge and well presented. He ate every bit and loved it. Two others in our party, got the sirloin. This was the only downfall. They ordered it medium. Both were well done, no pink. We gave the server a little constructive critisism to pass on to the chef. Hopefully, the chef will take heed. All in all, it was a great experience and would recommend.

The food was alright, I love that the french fries are made fresh. The staff has been super friendly though and the view is spectacular. Live music and an outdoor stage were the main thing here.
