Escobar's Mexican Restaurant - KANAB

We got fajitas and chimichangas. It was seriously some of the best Mexican we’ve ever had. They seemed to get what “vegan” is about, but we’re guessing things are all fried in the same fryer with meat and such so this is probably not your place if that’s a dealbreaker. We got some extra salsa and it was really excellent and served us well for a few days after for snacking with chips. We got takeout as we visited during peak COVID. The staff was masked but picking up the food was a pretty unpleasant experience as there were tons of families dining in and chilling out like COVID ain’t no thang. Food is packed in styrofoam, which is also a bummer. Bottom line really tasty food. Room for improvement in other areas.

Stopped here after we had seen how busy it were the previous 2 nights, now we know why! Maybe the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been, and I've already been to some. it was very clean, including the bathroom. the salsa is made by our server man and is amazing! we bought a few to go home. I had the chile colorado and it was great. Do not miss this place when they are in the canab!

Mexican food made for them when they order it. it tastes like that. the garnelen taco and the enchiladas are wow. if they want a real mountain Mexican meal, they just come here. Just do it. the flan was so good that he didn't make it into the picture.

Come early when it quickly fills up! good food, we ordered a la carte and ended up eating with more than we thought. children loved everything, will definitely be back

Sooo many delicious options on the menu. the bark enchiladas, chile relleno and chimichanga burrito are very good! the beans and rice are delicious. horchata is on the spot. the customer service is excellent. I recommend escobars Mexican restaurant if they want to eat good Mexican. the prices are fair.
