Calming atmosphere, nice and helpful staff, great location, good choice of fish and vegetarian food

Instead of apologizing, the waitress offered to give me a discount on the incorrect order. I declined the offer and asked for my correct order to be brought out. The food eventually arrived, but my second drink never did. When we asked about it, the waitress forgot about it entirely. The food was decent but nothing extraordinary. When we went to pay, we noticed that there were four beers on our bill even though we had only ordered soft drinks. We informed the cashier about the mistake and did not pay for the beers. Overall, the waitress seemed either uninterested or having a bad day. She may need to consider working elsewhere.

The bar has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. They also offer student discounts, which is a nice touch.

We reserved a table for four people at the restaurant because they had said they would be showing the Champions League game between Bayern Munich and Besiktas. We ordered drinks and food in anticipation of watching the game. However, when the game started, it was not playing on our screens. It turned out they did not have the subscription to show that particular game, despite promising it earlier. As a result, my guest from Germany was unable to watch the game. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake from the staff. Overall, the service was disappointing, and we do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

Worst service I experience, took extremely long to get the drinks and food. And the food is bad as well. Don't waste your time and money on this crapy place.
