Alibi Ale Works Incline Public House

Had a beer and a little lunch which included a butternut squash chili and a fresh veggie bowl with hummus. The veggies could have been a little bit fresher and I wasn’t a fan of the hummus, but I was presently surprised by the chili. While I doubt the chili was completely plant based, meaning no salt or oil, I went with it and it was good.

While there weren’t many options, the food was delicious. Great atmosphere and kind staff.

Ok so there a very few vegan options on the menu but they are so good. Such a nice place to eat out and enjoy the fresh air of Tahoe and enjoying a good meal. Service was fast and friendly. The corn soup, vegan salad and vegan open sandwich were incredibly good. You can’t find true vegan in Incline Village and this is a great option. Totally recommend for the atmosphere and food.

They had a variety of clearly marked veg options and most vegetarian options could be made vegan! I got the dipped pink beet salad without goat cheese and tried a girlfriend vegan butternut squash chili and both were amazing!!!: Updated from the previous review on 2023-01-31

The staff was super friendly and the brewery is very clean. The setup is nice with community style tables which makes for interesting conversations with strangers, if you are inclined to do so. The food was delivered fast and tasted great. There are not a lot of pure vegan options, but the menu clearly lists them and the pricing is very reasonable. Updated from previous review on 2021-06-11
