Villa Basque Café - Carson City

Absolutely fantastic. My partner and I visited this restaurant for Valentine's Dinner, which featured a special menu. We specifically chose this place for the Beef Wellington, and it did not disappoint. It was truly excellent, despite not being a regular menu item. I highly recommend adding it to the regular menu. The wait staff was attentive and courteous, although they did not check if I wanted a second glass of wine with my meal. Nonetheless, it was not a major issue as I just stuck with water. The food was outstanding, and we couldn't help but notice how delicious all the other menu items looked as they were being served to other patrons. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and encourage the addition of the Beef Wellington to the standard menu.

I have been visiting this restaurant for about 6 years now. I have sampled various items on the menu and I must say, I have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, the staff is welcoming, and the ambience is delightful. I always suggest this restaurant to anyone in search of wonderful dining experiences!

First time I ever had Basque food and I absolutely loved it! All the ingredients are so fresh! I visited my friends whom live in Carson and they took me here. They said this is the best place in town and boy were they right! I had the biscuits and potatoes with gravy and chorizo. The flavors were incredible! Definitely recommend trying this place! Wish they had one where I’m from in Michigan

I lived in europe 13 years. i visited spain many times. the chorizo that i ate today was absolutely delicious authentic! i felt as if i was eating at a restaurant in spain. the waitress was exceptional. she brought us a sample of chorizo to taste before ordering. she also brought us a sample of their gravy. i am ordinarily, not a gravy on my food kind of gal. but i have become a fan of theirs!!!! i can hardly wait to return and taste some of the other items on their menu!!!

Love it. Breakfast burrito with a side of gravy is bomb. It's 2 meals you could share. All there food and products are awesome.. Pete and his wife do a good job and are there every day. Tight ship A little spendy but it's a treat
