Customer service!They are great.I don't usually do foo-foo coffee, I'm more of a McDonald's or 7-11, grab go guy.That said, they were really nice, it's very clean, quick drive through.

The drinks are always spot on, and the employees always have great service as well as additudes.

First time there and ordered a mexi mocha , the best I’ve ever had !I wish there was a location in the Bay Area Livermore area !I would drop Starbucks in a minute for The Human Bean!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE I STOP ALMOST EVERY MORNING TO GET MY BREAKFAST SANDWITCH/ BAGEL AND MY CUP OF COFFEE, DOESNT MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SO NICE AND BRINGS A SMILE TO MY FACE, AND ALL MY DRINKS ARE ALWAYS EXACTLY WHAT I ASK FOR THE BREAKFAST SANDWITCHES ARE TOP TIER I CANT DECIDE WHICH IS MY FAVORITE SO HAR TO CHOOSE, THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE THE OTHER COFFEE PLACES THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND IT SHOWS LOVE YALL SO MUCH <3!!!
