Bidra med feedbackMy opinion is 4/10. For me it was about the broth, unfortunately it tasted like water, no seasoning in the flavor of the broth. But for $10 at hand pulled noodles in great neck it has so much potential. The owner is a very nice man.Check out my in depth video reviews on any of the platforms below.TikTok: TheUrbanLegend4Instagram: UrbanLegend4Facebook: Panayoti KokalisYouTube: Urban Legend

I have to agree with one of the reviewers here, the name Hello Ramen is misleading. When I hear ramen I think of Japanese noodles, not Chinese hand pulled noodles! I 'm glad my friend and I decided to try it for dinner though. We shared the chicken wing skewers, roast duck hand pulled noodle soup and the cumin lamb stir fried noodles (med spicy). The dishes were so tasty! The chicken reminded us of the Flushing meat skewer carts (the kind with that delicious cumin seasoning). The noods in the cumin lamb dish were chewy and thick, plenty of veg to give the dish crunch, good heat, and more of that delish cumin flavor. The noodle soup was really good too. Broth was so flavorful and clean, we jokingly said we could drink teacups of it. A very good first time experience at Hello Ramen. Can 't wait to go back and try more dishes!
Absolutely delicious My family loves their soup and noodles Their soup is clear, healthy, and tasty There noodles are authentic, especially the sliced noodles. Love 刀削面! Glad to see there is a such great noodle/ramen place in Great Neck Highly recommended!
