The man cooking the food, Moe, is so nice and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. I love to hear the grill sizzle. I got a mixed platter of chicken and lamb over rice $9). The white sauce is good and the hot sauce is medium spicy. The salad is fresh. The rice and chicken seasoning) is Afghan style. Just like me. :P I enjoyed the food. The cart is located right by Katz Women's Hospital on a residential sidewalk.

Owners are super friendly! Typical selection of halal cart options. I liked the lamb and rice quite a bit!
