We had an amazing dining experience in the enchanting forest of Steneby! Surrounded by nature, including moose and birds, we savored the local fish expertly prepared by talented Chef Fabien. This Dalsland gem is definitely worth the journey. Visa all feedback.

Given the beautiful setting and proximity to quality ingredients, I had higher expectations for this restaurant. Unfortunately, it feels a bit lackluster. I found myself missing the passion, pride, and authenticity in the food. The burgers we ordered seemed to lack originality and felt somewhat pre-made. Visa all feedback.

We always get great food at Stenebygrytan and we even had our wedding here with a 7-course menu that was absolutely fantastic!
Great restaurant, service, and very good food. Also located in a great spot for going on walks and seeing the beautiful local wildlife up close.
The moose stew was delicious and the dessert was delightful. The staff were cheerful and friendly.
