Dunkin' - Cresskill

I am not the biggest fan of Dunkin? Donuts. However, this store needs special recognition. This is the nicest group of employees and staff that I?ve ever come across. They always have such great energy and a smile on their face and work so fast, even thoughthey are constantly so busy, I would go out of my way to come to the specific store whenever I need to get Dunkin. Someone atcorporate needs to realize that this is a model store.

This place has great, fast, friendly service. I never go to DD outside of this location.

I just started working in the area and this is the closest DD I can get to and was so excited because it?s less than a minute from my job with a drive through, so I can stop by before work quickly. I?ve been there about five times and every single timemy order was incorrect at least one thing. I was missing hash browns once, my coffee was made wrong once, they never mix yourdrink so your first sip is just sugar, and I was missing a few other things too on a few occasions. I can?t go back to I fix itor get what?s missing because I have to work and can?t just leave. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Lastly, I findit very terrible that if you order off the app and the store messes up you have to go through a whole process to get your moneyback or fix the issue because the store cannot fix it, you have to call customer service. This place is terrible. Only goodthing I can say is there are a few very friendly employees so that?s why I gave two stars.

In and out quickly with two dozen donuts. They always have a well stocked variety of donuts available. The staff was friendly and helpful.
