Had the sushi burrito very nice but would have liked it to be a little more filling

Teriyaki chicken was completely flavorless and mushy.

The sushi rice (if I can even call it that) lacked flavor; there was no salt, rice vinegar, or any indication that it had been prepared by someone with training in sushi-making. The "crazy roll" was tightly packed, resembling the rush-hour 1 train, and the rice was so compressed that it looked more like paste. Now, let’s talk about the taste. It had a fishy aroma and flavor—more like a stale fish that had been dead for a while, rather than a fresh ocean scent. The piece I tried was bland, save for a rather unpleasant odor reminiscent of the Jersey Shore. When I had to ask the staff for a return after having eaten just one piece, it turned into quite the ordeal. They stood there counting pieces while I explained that they shouldn’t serve anything like that. For over ten minutes, they refused to refund me simply because I took a bite. What kind of restaurant operates like this? Did they really think I would take a bite of food, returning it in some kind of elaborate scheme? If it weren't for clueless tourists, this place would likely have closed down years ago. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
