Their customer service was very good, the food was just Ok, but the ambient temperature was very hot and uncomfortable.
The salad was so awesome! I ordered spicy chicken to go on top, and that was not so great. It was seemingly a chicken thigh? Maybe? And was very fatty and full...

The food was edible, but not much better than that. Thankfully it was fairly cheap.
