Sandwich was fine,drink was awful,. They brought a new one though, so all okay.

I don't know why I love this sandwiches so much, but I do it. great service and eat.

These young are great and always my order right every time! the ingredients are always fresh looking and tasting, which is very important to make a great sandwich. I never had problems here, and the staff are super friendly every time.

The good: Sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, service is brisk, price is reasonable. The not so good: The previous two visits I used the drive-thru and ordered the#5 Vito. On the first visit I clearly asked for 3 extra oil vinegar. The response was, Of course! Upon leaving I noticed that I was only given 1. The second time I made the same request, though this time I asked the attendant handing me my food if the extra o v were in the bag. He replied, Oh, sorry, handed me one small cup (with perhaps a tablespoon 's worth), and proceeded to slide the window closed as I was speaking to him. Today, while eating in the dining area, a quick glance at the large menu shows that under the Freebies heading, Oil Vinegar are clearly listed. Hey, Jimmy John 's, how about loosening your grip on the oil and vinegar?

The restaurant was packed. Ryker’s team was Very efficient. Yummiest bread on the planet. :
