Bruno's Italian Deli - Cedar City

Pasta was excellent! First time having this place and Im definitely gonna have it again.

Chicken Parmigiana. Chicken was tough. Chicken and noodles were dry.

Today resurrecting, because I must sing the lobe of her suppe on the midday specialist! tomato basil bisque is what the two-options-lunch card offers, and this suppe is brilliant (at the point that I often order only two dishes for my two options), but we now have two other suppers in one change: broccoli cheddar and. I only polish a bowl of the latter, with a side salat that is crashed with beautifully baked grilled chicken, and I seriously think of another portion of the suppe. really delicious! that is a good Italian restaurant that is only under the same dach as a tankstelle. we had the excellent lasagne and a 'build their own ' pasta dish with linguine, meat sauce, and a whole grilled sausage. I was not fast enough with the camera; my spouse had already consumed the half of the sausage! my lasagna avoid my pet peeve of mushy pasta with perfect al dente nudeln. we're coming back!

The pizza had a delicious crust and great cheese. Let it cool down a bit so the cheese can cool and get chewy. Comes out hot. Crispy Garlic bread. My wife said the Chicken Salad was top notch. Kids had pasta Alfredo and ate it up. A small, clean eatery attached to gas station.

When we arrived we learned it was adjacent to a chevron gas station. We entered and noticed it was small but very clean and tidy. We asked the attendant (high school) what was a popular item here and she replied “I just started 3 months ago and I don’t really know”….hmmm.. so we ordered Pasta and for the price it was all right. It came with a salad the size of a Kindergarten student but they had MANY dressings to choose from. Yes I will come back, the staff was also very helpful.
