Bidra med feedbackYes, the service was terrible today! we had to ask for serviettes, three times. also asked for ketchup. we never have anything. my friend ordered a soft drink. he had to go up to the bar and ask for it directly. also they have whispered with the televisions and changed the good games. something was definitiw a miss
The last several times we have been to Buffalo Wild Wings it has not been that good but decided to give it another try because I really wanted to watch the Sunday night football game! BDubs is a sports bar and so historically has been a good place to watch football as they have lots of tv 's! So while my prior experiences over the last couple of years have been filled with really poor service, very average bar food and being brought the wrong order (yes it happened twice! I arrived with an open mind and ready to watch some football! Walked in and stood at the front were the sign said please wait to be seated. After about 5 minutes of waiting and watching several staff walk by without acknowledging me I decided to wander into the bar/dining area. As I had hoped they had multiple tv s with the game on! More than half the tables were empty so was confident I would be able to get a seat and watch the game! Well I quickly found out the easiest way to get someone to finally greet you is to walk past the font desk sign unescorted. That is when a staff member quickly approached and told me I would have to wait up front to be greeted and seated as they are super busy. I tried to appeal to their sense of compassion and explain that I really just wanted to see the game and asked if I could possibly sit at one of the many empty tables as I was not in a rush. Unfortunately my appeal failed and I was directed to return to the front, were I could only hear but not see the game, and to wait. As a football fan this was torture! After another 5+ minutes someone finally came up front and immediately stated we are super busy and there is at least a 20 minute wait to just get a table, do you want to wait? While I realize that is not the typical question you ask a customer if the intent is to maintain their business, I again tried the approach of appealing to their sense of compassion and said i would be glad to wait if I could just please sit at one of the many empty tables and watch the game while waiting. Unfortunately my approach failed again as assume BDubs has trained their staff to not fall for any acts of kindness or attempts for sympathy from customers. Was told no but they could call me if I gave them my phone number when they were not so busy. Well I then took to pleading and asked in the softest, nicest voice if I could pretty please just sit quietly at one of the numerous empty tables so I could just watch the game while waiting. Alas this attempt also fell on deaf ears and I was told no again as they only have 2 servers and the kitchen is short staffed so they are about 30 minutes behind! So to clarify was told while they might be able to seat us in 20 minutes, it would be at least an hour before we would get food! At this point I realized keeping customers happy, in their restaurant, and spending money must not be part of the BDubs business model, as all signals indicated they would rather we leave and comeback when it was more convenient for them. So decided to heed their signals and leave. We decided to try Chili 's as it was very close by. When we walked into Chili 's we were instantly greeted in a warm, friendly manner. I immediately noticed the restaurant was pretty full so was not sure we would be able to quickly get seated, and was beginning to accept I may not get to watch the game. When I told the hostess I really wanted to watch the game she said no problem and immediately seated us next to a big tv that had the game on! She said they were busy and our server would be with us shortly. Within 3 minutes the server was at our table and took our order. The food was very good, the service was excellent and I finally got to watch the football game! This experience lead to a moment of self realization. That I personally do not like the BDubs business model and I really like the Chili 's business model of promptly greeting customers, providing them excellent service with great food at a reasonable price! Visiting from California to see family.It was good. Chicken was not bad at all. Pretty tasty, as was the sauce. In my opinion, I think they were cooked well enough. Our waiter William was also very nice and very attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed. Wait time was okay in my opinion. Maybe sightly longer than average but not that long to me.And it was on a Sunday night about 2 hours before closing.The seats were uncomfortable for me.Not a bad place the first time around.
First... we went in specifically for the stuffed mushrooms you no longer have... 2nd the chicken tots were way over cooked and way over seasoned even though I specifically asked for very light spice..will not return to the Carson City location
We are in town for our anniversary, and decided to bring BWW back to our hotel room. Of the 20 boneless wings i ordered, MAYBE 9 of them were a decent size. The rest were these dried up, crunchy, flat things that i would have picked out and thrown in the trash, before the batch hit the frier. They forgot the large fries that came with the wings. The fried pickles were undercooked and doughy. The best part of the meal was the dessert that we bought from a different restaurant entirely.
