Basta! Urban Italian - Borlaenge

We had a stop here on our road trip and what can I say? We were very pleasantly surprised! There is perfectly cooked pizza with genuine first-class ingredients. A residual amount, too. Also the dough has the sweet tasty taste! We also tried the Vodka Pasta, which has a beautiful rib and stands on it, liked it a lot! Pasta was also cooked al dente Very professional and friendly service by staff as well. Very nicely furnished, also clean toilets!

I ordered a pizza there and it was probably the best pizza I had eaten in Sweden. I would certainly recommend this place! We had to wait a bit until our food arrives, but it was worth every minute.

Beautiful surprise with so local flavors from Italy. Fast service, friendly staff. Good deco, upbeat and natural restaurant. Food, grilled shrimp, mussel prawn pasta and spicy pepperoni pizza are good bets. Drink wise, we enjoyed the lemonade and Bellini. We rounded our meal with a very satisfying tiramisu and coffee.

The food is kind of medium-sized, I had a chicken pizza thing that was pretty good, but then I got a lemonade that somehow ruined the whole experience as it was extremely pissed. Customer service was beautiful, and I also like the whole house made food theme, with cans and quite normal, but also beautifully decorated dishes.

Fabulous fresh Italian wish I could give it 6 stars. Very welcoming staff (great English, reservations no problem), prompt and attentive service and delicious food. Adult menu available in English, kids menu not but was straight forward for wait staff to translate. Our desert was delayed but we were offered a free one on our next visit. After heading to Romme Alpin for a week then back to Borlänge we made a second reservation while waiting for the train. Without us even mentioning it the staff realised it was us and offered us a free desert NEVER had service like that before anywhere I the world. The Nutella pizza was outstanding as was the prawn/lemon pizza and the seafood pasta fresh, perfect al dente pasta, rich but not overpowering sauce. The whole thing was perfection.
