Pastelería Giacomin Plaza Freses

This is a really good place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a cup of coffee. When I ordered my omelette, they made a mistake with the ingredients, after I told them they gave me another one an also offered me a extra cup of coffee as a courtesy. The food is delicious, I paid around $5 for this.

Love this place. Good for relaxing coffee time or a delicious light lunch. Salads are great.

It is a nice place in a small shopping center on the Curridabat-San Pedro road. It has indoor and outdoor tables. The external part provides protection from rain and sun. The seats are very comfortable. The place is cozy. Everything looks very clean. The attention is good and expeditious. The menu is varied and offers options for both those who want a small snack and those with a bigger appetite. The taste of the food we ordered was very good. The presentation was good too. The business does not have its own bathrooms, but customers must use those in the shopping center. These look clean too. The cafeteria has access for wheelchair users. I found the prices low, considering the location. I would return and recommend it.

Giacomin 's food is always very good, but this time I give everything one star, and if I could I would give it zero. We were three people, they brought us the menus and we waited more than 20 minutes for our order to be taken, meanwhile the 3 people who served were talking and having a good time with each other. We got tired of waiting and went to another restaurant, I will continue going to other Giacomin locations where they do serve well, but never to this one again.
