Hooligans - Zapote Costa Rica

I love Hooligans. I don't know why this specific one is so messed up. The staff is especially disappointing. When you think a chain can be standardized since it has a consolidated brand then you realize how one manager can make a good place suck.

Excellent and fast service, delicious wings and fries, also a very good spot for watching different sports. It has all the amenities you can expect from a Mall (covered parking, security, transportation means nearby, etc).

Depending on the day or event it's 100% full, so you better get there early, very good customer service. A little expensive.

I love all the dishes that I bought, definitely one place to repeat my visit
