Starbucks - York

I just wanna say every morning since day one of me stopping here they have told me thank you and have a wonderful day and this is at 4:30-5:30am! They are the first people I talk to in the morning and them being nice starts the day off right!

Every time I come to this Starbucks I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but they always mess up my orders, take an average of 40 minutes, or have missing items from my mobile orders. I never leave reviews but I always come in with a good mood and leave in a sour mood. I work food service and this is not how it should be operated.

As a former partner stopping through on a business trip, I can verify that this location is certifiably bussin. Great staff, friendly and fast. Manager seems to run the store with a great culture. Drinks were very fast, but also accurate and delicious.

Great experience. Probably the best I ever had at a Starbucks. The customer service is phenomenal. My husband and I went. We greeted and served promptly. Orders were on point. Handcrafted beverages professionally made. Also had the opportunity to be there for training. So many yummy drinks. Definitely recommend this place. ?
