Bidra med feedbackIt's definitely a 3 star. Small fry and bacon burger sit at $18.58. That literally is the most expensive burger in york pa. $2 more than a dry aged local farm delicious 5 star burger at roosevelt tavern at a higher end restaurant. Give guys is supposed to be the middle inbetween fast food and the restuarant. Yet they actually cost more than any restuarant including the fine dining or more upscale places. Granted yes you will always get more fries but I have to be honest I think most restuarants burgers are better and cheaper. Smokey bones is only $15 and their burger is significantly better. Better bun, better cheese and better meat. Quaker steaks steak burger blows it away and is only 16.99. So 1 star comes off for having the most expensive prices when you are not the best. The other star is taking advantage on inflation but taking it too far. Families in need and kids want five guys and parents are hurting at the wallet to make kids happy while you guys take advantage. A large burger and fry should cost 12.50 to 13.50 max from you guys. That's a fair price for the product you put out. Yet you shamefully are way higher than that. Employees are great and customer service is perfect. Only negative is owners greed.
Friendly, fast, and tasty. Have been to this location three times in recent months. Always a good experience. Well maintened and clean. This place is a little difficult to reach. It can only be reached from one direction. If you're coming from the other direction, then you must cut through another businesses parking lot to reach it.Food: 5/5

Food was still warm upon arrival and was delicious as always. Ordered using ActiveMenu arrived in a timely manner. Driver was friendly and expedient.
I placed an order using their website to be picked up later that day. My order was supposed to be ready 8:15pm, I get a call at 8:07pm from apparently the store manager saying they are closing early and are not able to keep my order. No apology just her saying she doesn’t “understand how my order happened”. I explained I used the website and scheduled for a later pick up. She then tells me she will process my refund that same night right away. I call her today because my refund was not processed, instead of apologizing she makes excuses that she was “too busy to do what she told me she was going to do” She also started saying if I knew you placed an order for a later pick up I would have called you sooner but I do not get notifications sooner. She also doesn’t take any of the blame or apologize for any of the inconvenience for me driving out there to only call me with less than 10 mins before my pick up time. Then I read the other reviews about the store manager arguing with someone else about toppings, and realize she is just really awful with handling her customers.
