Bidra med feedbackReally enjoyed our meal. The parmesan encrusted chicken was delicious and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal as well. Our waitress was competent and helpful. It was a calm, relaxing atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu came with games to play as well as crayons. The drink came in a cup with a lid and straw. The portion size was spot-on.Parking: Plenty of parking and good handicap placement.

This evening. My husband and I decided to go out to eat at Longhorn steakhouse in York. I ordered a Flos filet medium well. When it arrived it was definitely well done but it was tender and honestly I’m not a complainer. But I did make a comment to my husband there should be a new category called. Medium NOT Well done. . Shortly there after one of the managers Terry came by to see how everything was. I did answer fair. She took one look at my steak and said did you order well done. .. and I actually said, “No, I ordered Medium well, but the steak was tender and I was happy to eat it.”She insisted that that the steak be redone. She took my steak and not only brought back a new steak but also an additional baked sweet potato. I feel like this restaurant went above and beyond. . Thank you Terry and Kelly for a great night out. My second steak was indeed PERFECT !! Can’t wait to come back.
It's been a little while since coming here. They've changed something in the burger meat, it was not very good. My steak was excellent though. I wouldn't order the burger here. I will say that wait staff are really great at this location!
Long story short the waitress threw the coasters 4 of the 6 coasters she needed to place on our table. We decided to go into the restaurant thinking the chances of this happening again was Nil , but we were warned by 1 of our group members and she let us know if it happens again she would not order. She was right it happen again and she refused to order. I was a witness both times it happen and she spoke facts and was not making things up. The waitress knew immediately by our reaction that she was wrong and did better the rest of our time there. Not sure if this is something they do but I called the next day to speak with Management. I felt like she blow me off even though I didn’t want to make a scheme at the time she asked our table how we were doing , it was too many customers surrounding our table so I was being very considerate not to embarrass the waitress or her. Do not I repeat do not throw things on table while serving customers it’s very rude. The 1st impression is that you don’t like your job and you don’t like US. We were there to celebrate our successful Class Reunion event that happen the pass weekend . None of us will be going back and neither will our family and friends.
