Jersey Mike's Subs - Yankee Hill

Thank you for supporting such a wondèrful organization Teammates today. I've never been able to participate until today. Being in disability allowed me to do so. Once my health is back in check I would love to donate my time with a child. Thank you again. My sandwich was delicious. ?

First time eating at a Jersey mikes and unfortunately due to this experience, we will never be trying it again. The door had piece of paper taped on the door with it the hours written in sharpie, giving the impression that they made up there own hours. Which stated they closed at 8:00pm, we showed up at 7:20pm. We were glared at as we walked in the door. Not greeted, the manager even pulled out his phone to check the time. We were in there for 5 minutes, they close at 8:00 not 7:20. We went in for only 2 sandwiches. Not only were we given horrible service and did not feel welcome, the food was not fresh or enjoyable in any way. Very disappointing.

Every Jersey Mikes I have ever gone to has opened at 10. Opening at 11 is so weak, I went to get a sandwich at 10:30 here and the lady just watched me attempt to open the door and leave. There are people who get sandwiches to go for lunch later or in our case we were on our way out of town and wanted lunch for the road, the door has a sticker that says 10 open time then they have a home made note stating 11. Won’t be going here again and you likely missed out on around a $40 sale. Get your hours together.

Worst service of my life. I will not be visiting this location again. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The manager looked at me and said “can I just go home” mind you this is before 7 o’clock at night. They close at 8. I’m not a guy that shows up 10 mins before closing. I’ve worked in the service industry for 11 years and never be treated with such poor service. Very disappointing because I really enjoy Jersey mikes sandwiches but at this point I’ll just go to goodcents or subway.
