Glass Alley - Wollongong

After I ordered my meal, the woman who served me seemed more interested in writing on her phone than paying attention to her surroundings. She was constantly texting and not focusing on her work. As a result, the service was fast but loud and very slow.

The coffee at this restaurant is incredible, but the customer service is terrible. It is disappointing how they consistently get orders wrong and do not show appreciation for their customers. Customer service is crucial in the restaurant business, and they are lacking in this aspect.

I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Upon visiting, I witnessed a barista at Nathans being aggressive towards a female customer for asking a simple question. This goes against the principles of the #MeToo movement in this cafe.

Coffee wasn't great. not much on the menu and the prices are above the top. would not recommend. mcdonalds makes better coffee than this 'speciality' coffee shop.

Best coffee in wollongong. Very well Made and always enjoy my flat white every single time. Glad to have found somewhere local that is always consistent and great quality.
