Utage Sushi - Winnipeg

We recently dined at a newly opened restaurant with new owners, a fresh menu, and a new name - and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The restaurant was immaculate, and the menu offered a unique and affordable selection of items, including some sushi rolls that we had never seen before (and we consider ourselves sushi connoisseurs). Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations, including the flavorful miso soup filled with plenty of seaweed and tofu - a refreshing change from the diluted versions found elsewhere. One standout dish was the seafood sushi pizza, which was absolutely delicious. We are already looking forward to returning and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Wishing the owners many years of success in their new endeavor!

I recently returned to this restaurant after new ownership took over, and I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food and excellent service.

We were visiting from out of town and were not aware of the change in ownership, so we were a bit nervous as we had always enjoyed Utage. However, we decided to place a large order to take back to our lovely vacation spot in the North West Territories, and we were pleasantly surprised! The sushi was incredibly fresh and some of the best we have ever had, with a wide variety to choose from. The service was friendly and our order was ready on time. We definitely recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely delicious!!! Great service, friendly staff!! I'll be back for sure!!!
