These guys are pioneers in design and brewing. I can’t wait to see what they do with the freedom of a bigger location!

Tucked away in the Exchange District, NonSuch Brewing is a wonderful craft beer gem. The lounge itself has a very laid back and plush feel a unique experience amongst many of the tap rooms. This is a place for great beer, great friends and great conversations. We picked up a selection of beers, and all of them have been wonderful. As a bonus, we were gifted some stout, and will be looking forward to trying it. Looking forward to the next visit!

I do travel for work and a pleasure of mine is checking out breweries wherever I go. This one?s atmosphere was amazing and the beers were so good. I got some to take home with me. First time I went, I just tried the beers but I went before my flight for a bite and, wow. The food is also delicious. The burger was to die for and the onion rings paired perfectly with saffron aioli (though they were a tiny bit on the salty side still good). People there were great and I will be back! Truly recommend this place to anyone looking for good beer, great food, and an amazing experience!

Absolutely loved it here! The food, service and space were all top notch. We tried a few different beers, all unique with well balanced flavours. The Tripel was particularly good. There are many vegetarian options, and the local asparagus salad was particularly delicious. Staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The indoor space is beautiful, and an interesting change from the usual brewpub decor. There was also a nice large patio for warm days.

The food was amazing and the drinks were amazing! Had dinner here tonight and it was totally worth it. Service was great, very friendly and were able to provide recommendations. I was not sure what to think of the food, but it was so good!! We had the lam shank and it was out of this world. You got to try this place, great drinks and great food. The perfect place for a couple or a group to go eat and drink.
