Mobile orderijg ahead if time is useless when it tells you what time to pick it up yet worker's from both polo park and St. Vital mall would only make it IF they check their mobile orders OR standing on the mobile pick up at polo park is also not acceptable. Can you guys just tell us when the order is done? So we can just grab and go???? Like your competitor Star bucks or even Tim Horton???.. also. Don't accept order that you don't have of (no lactose milk) and cashier at polo park does not know how to refund or cancel my order. Will possibly delete this app as soon as I deplete my credits. I was team Second cup and I'm not that proud!

The almond smoothie you can buy here isn't very sweet but I think it's made from fresh ingredients. The Rise kombucha is very delicious. The desserts and muffins are also of high quality. This place is small but I feel like the items at this franchise are first rate. The people who work here are pretty nice. It is also okay to bring your laptop and work here.

The guy who works there is very rude and very unprofessional the problem he said that he is the owner and the manager when I asked for the manager .There are Starbucks and Tim Hortons at polo parkAnd they are much better.
