Samosa Crown Sweets & Restaurant

Got some fish fry which was not the greatest but it was good.The place could definitely do with a little upkeep or renovation to it.I hardly saw the place, was at Gills the supermarket next to it and I parked right in front of this place so happened to see it.Hope they can cater to the truck drivers cos it's located in a nice spot to serve them.

Amazing food, and the people are just so kind. I look forward to seeing them and to be greeted with their kindness!

I ordered sweets, samosas and the channa masala dish and it was amazing!!! The vegetarian dish was so full of flavour and the samosas were so crispy and delicious! Only issue is that the samosa size is smaller compared to other restaurants, which isn’t a big deal for me. Honestly this place is one of the best places to get samosas in Winnipeg! I'm definitely coming back again! I don't know why this place gets such bad reviews. However, I haven't ordered anything else from here so I can't say what their other food is like.

I don’t know about others people reviews, but i have tried their smosa and some sweets and i would say they have best taste as compared to other restaurants in winnipeg.

We ordered and then realized we had to wait outside in the car because this restaurant wasn't big enough for us to sit inside. Way too crowded with little practical room was flag #1. After that, the food took 45 minutes and all our family was starving and praying the food comes faster. When the Samosas that we ordered finally came, they gave us a pair of 8 unsanitary, cold and the potatoes being so old that they had a funny smell to them. My dad tried to return it to the front desk but even that took him 5 minutes because of the chaos of such little room inside.The worst experience we had in possibly any restaurant and I have been to pretty much all restaurants in Winnipeg!
