Bad timing management, taking forever finish one order even restaurant is not too busy.

Unfortunately we ordered for Mothers Day and it was kind of a disaster. We waited for two hours, after we were told it would take an hour. The server was the only front of house working, and she was not having a good day. Finally after 2 hours we got our food and drove 30 minutes home. When we got home we realized half of our order was missing, including all of our salads (which was my entire dinner). Overall it was just an unfortunate experience for our Mother’s Day dinner. The owner did call us, and was very empathetic. I encourage them to take less Skip and Door Dash orders to serve their customers better.

We went out for lunch and the service was good. The rice, lemon, and chicken cream dish was average. For the main course, the homemade fries and pita bread were great, but the meat was disappointing—it was a flavorless sausage instead of the usual cuts of meat we expected.
