Hildegard's Bakery - Winnipeg

One of my new favourite places. From bread to treats to pizza I’ve enjoyed everything, and I love the abundance of green with the plants and the moss wall feature. Even the air feels healthy!

Just bought a rustic awesome sourdough the chew and flavour is amazing! Looking forward to making my own bread with the fresh ground flour I bought too!

Absolutely beautiful ambience. Really good coffee. They have two gluten free display food options- Oatmeal bar and a chocolate brownie. Obviously went with the brownie. So good! Their normal brownie is also delicious. When I put up a story tagging the place a friend said their pizza is also very good. Will go back to try that and update this then.
