Celebrated a birthday before a game. great friendly and accommodating service and delicious food. the price worth and had a nice time.

The food was as good as usual but the appetizer took too long to arrive even though the venue was not overly busy.

We’ve been to Hermanos in the past and enjoyed it. We were very disappointed in this visit. Received the appetizer after the entrees, were not given refills on water or offered refills on drinks. Asked for a second beer and it was never brought. Steaks were cooked very differently from what was ordered. The undercooked steak was taken back to the kitchen, and a discount was offered on the overcooked steak. There was no offer to replace it. When we received the bill, a 5% discount was given on the overcooked steak. Although it was happy hour, regular price was charged for the drinks. The bill was corrected when we asked the server about it. Overall, the quality of the food and the service were not up to par with the price.

The vinyl on the seat was cracked and my tights got caught. I had to ask to sit elsewhere. Our server had too many tables and had trouble keeping up. She also was not familiar with the wine menu. Overall, just not the experience I would expect given the proce point and in the past I have had great experiences.

Waitress got one of the drink orders wrong. Food was great. Noise level was not an issue at after the Start time for local plays we had the place to ourselves
