This has been our go to sushi throughout the pandemic, and we've always recommended it to friends and family ever since, gaining them new regular customers! We love the size and fillings of their rolls, and we've always gotten their platters. However, we found that they recently changed them; they've created set platters instead of customers being able to customize them from a great selection which was a huge draw in for us as well as others. This was quite a saddening change to discover! Hope you guys would consider changing that back!
Oh my god i’m so glad i found this place on skip. the rolls are jam packed but aren’t overly expensive. i’ve had so much bad sushi in winnipeg, tiny rolls no flavour but THESE are filling and so so yummy! and the ingredients are fresh, crisp cucumbers, lots of cream cheese in the rolls that include it. the soy sauce is also very flavourful, but i ran out halfway through my rolls, but maybe i use a lot. my only complaint is that you can’t order any drinks from them on skip (im thirsty! and i realllllly wish they had a seaweed salad available. will definitely order again!
Amazing fresh ingredients. You can tell they use quality products from their fresh veggies, THICK sashimi, great packaging.. and even their takeout soy sauce isn’t the generic flavourless stuff.Great job Sushi Edoichi! Keep up the great work and I’ll keep referring friends and family your way.
We have been ordering through a delivery app for quite some time now. On one order, we purchased a condiment we have paid for, but the restaurant failed to add it to our order. We asked for a refund through the app on the condiment (approx $1.12), but we're forced to give a thumbs down based on how the app was designed. The owner of the establishment took this into offense and now bans our address/phone number for future orders. Although the food is exceptional, the way the owner decided to handle our account is very disappointing and made a quick judgement against us. For someone who agreed to have their business be part of a food delivery app, they chose an extreme measure to deal with us for an item they have missed on a previous order. It would have been also satisfactory if the restaurant called us and said that they cannot supply said condiment. Very disappointed. My partner called the restaurant to clarify the situation, and we were told by an employee that we should take our business elsewhere; all for a $1.12 condiment . We will definitely be going somewhere else for our sushi fix.
